Mission
Statement:
Our mission is to provide staffing solutions to our clients in
the Hospitality Industry through the use of the H-2B visa program
by matching willing workers with willing employers in need of
legal, hardworking, seasonal, peak load employees. That International
Hospitality Resources, Inc. be known for its uncompromising integrity
in dealing with employers and prospective employees.
President:
Sandra Azinger
Sandra's background as a Human Resource professional
in the hospitality industry afforded her the personal day to day
knowledge of the staffing challenges faced by the industry. Sandra
began working with the H-2B seasonal worker program in 1997; the
first to introduce the program to the seasonal employers of the
Black Hills of South Dakota. Sandra was featured in The South
Dakota Labor Department Bulletin in 1998 outlining the H-2B process.
In forming IHR Sandra traveled to the Service Centers and the
Regional Department Labor offices to meet with and gain first
hand knowledge on exactly what the different government agencies
roles and criteria are in the H-2B process. Sandra's work ethic,
her integrity, her desire to succeed, and her passion for both
her clients and the guest workers she places has made IHR a success.

and working his way up the ranks to Restaurant Manager, Area Manager
