Prescription for Headache Relief
International Hospitality Resources will take you through the necessary steps that will lead to your property being certified by the Department of Labor to hire guest workers for those hard to fill positions. From there IHR will file the required paperwork with the Immigration & Naturalization Service on your behalf and on the prospective guest workers behalf to allow them to work in the United States for your company.

Facilitating the paper work is only part of what IHR will do for you. IHR has a select group of proven, reputable recruiters finding reliable, hard working, legal guest workers for your business. In most cases the workers will have experience in the position they are being placed or have gone through a hospitality training program prior to arrival. IHR does not limit its recruiting efforts to any one country but has a diversified base including Central America, South America, Jamaica, Eastern Europe and Asia.

What We Ask of the Employer:

You must prove that you can not fill the needed positions with United States workers. This is done by placing classified help wanted ads in your local newspaper and tracking results.
Pay at least the "prevailing wage" for our industry in your state. This is determined by your state's Department of Labor.
Obtain cost effective and acceptable housing for guest worker.

If necessary, transport workers to local Social Security Office upon arrival to apply for Social Security Card.

Provide workers with access to bank, grocery store and laundry.
See that workers have access to transportation or are able to walk to work.
