Stories
To International Hospitality Resources, one of the most important aspects of the H-2B program is that it affords the international guest worker the opportunity to better their and their families life's in their homeland. Here are just a few of our success stories.

Pieriea:
Home built by Pedro Pieriea in India for his family from earnings
as guest worker in South Dakota and Florida.
"Ma'am, I would like to thank the International Hospitality Resources, South Dakota for taking care of us for so many years and without you it would be impossible for us to achieve what we are today. In India, I support my family and have plans for my business. Ma'am, whenever we need you, you always lend us a shoulder and you take care of us when we need you.
Also, I thank you for coming down to India to help us get our visa. You have changed our lives and God bless you."

Victor Jarquin, Honduras.
Through Victors participation as a Guest Worker in South Dakota and Florida he has been able to build a retail store and Casa Jarquin in his homeland.
"The H2B visa program for me and my wife was excellent. We improved our skills. For the companies we work for, we always feel welcome, we felt at home. Now going back to Argentina, we will have a better chance to get a better job, due to our experience dealing with the American customers. Now we can speak English the way 300 million Americans do, and that's a lot of people to communicate with."

"Good day and thank you for your mail. I'm taking this as an opportunity to let you know that I'm so thankful being one of your H2B workers. Working with you helped me acquire an improved way of living. I was able to renovate my house and get my children to college. I'm able to maintain the luxury of owning a car (as it is considered a luxury in the Philippines) despite the cost of gas prices. I do hope that you will continue to support the H2B program of this government. To sum it up, I believe that the continued support of H2B would mean the best mutual relationship this country could offer to the third world countries. Providing jobs when it is needed in this country and providing income for those around the world who are willing to do the jobs that this country requires. more power to you. May God help us in all our endeavors."
